The mineral water, the health and spa center, the sport facilities. The amiable hotel staff. The capable therapeutistes.
The whole hotel is smoking area, incl. lobby, breakfast restaurant, corridors. Little amenities for children. Virtually the hotel should be 4-stars, not 5-stars.

Everything about this old-fashioned hotel was really good. The attic double room I was given was complete with AC, bath, for example. The location was exceptionally nice and next to a forest and a park. Btw, went to city centre, located not very far from the property.

Very clean hotel with modern design rooms and all facilities. Water park outside is amazing, pools with hot water can be used all day. Spa is high standard. I can recommend it instead of bg seaside.

My daughter well enjoyed outdoor (with slider) and indoor hot spring swimming pool. for other guests, I reccomend to bring float for child.
Because of cold weather, I hope the temperature of swimming pool could be adjusted (if possible). Hotel should present detail information about their service and facilities on the web. Because they can offer many kinds of.

I really enjoyed my off season stay. Piece, quiet and fabulous spa and treatments! Nice restaurant with good food and excellent choice of music. Loved it there!!! Feels a bit like a sanctuary away from the world.
The decor in the rooms is not really to a 5* finish, but it doesn't really matter because the whole hotel experience is lovely. Changed from penthouse room to standard because the penthouse room was small and claustrophobic.
